Can you eat the stems from garlic plants? Raw or cooked or both?
Many thanks, John

Answers

The leaves can be used for garlic flavor in cooking, but don't harvest more than 1/4 of the leaves from any one plant, or you won't get a crop of bulbs.

Tugs is right, they are edible. Has a mild garlic taste. Can be eaten raw or cooked, better cooked IME.
