I have this growth in my grass that looks like marshmallow. It's in groups, tried to attach the photo.. Any ideas??

Possibly a puffball fungus. The giant one is superb eating when young, but you've probably got one of the commoner smaller inedible ones, and it's likely to be the meadow puffball. Not harmful, just interesting. There are about ten species in this country
