Yes Lizziebee went there 1st but cant find address .

Can find company's that sell the compost for them only.

Don't know - they have been taken over by ICI. Have you seen the reviews on Amazon? Google Levington Compost Manufacturer and the site is about half way down the first page. Makes depressing reading.

Can only assume they are Levington Horticulture Ltd, Suffolk, but you're right, there's no easy route to it, is there?

No I had not seen it Steragram.

But the compost is rubbish .

Usually my fuchsia plants are so healthy and my Diasica plants.

I am so dissapointed.

I so wish I could get good compost.

I have answered this question so many times. There are plenty of all peat composts still available. Trouble is, they tend to be mail order and you have to order a lot. Plus they aren't the cheapest. But they are good.

As a guide, search on there for Humax original, Jacks Magic and Vitax multipurpose.

Depending on how much compost you get through in a year, or if you know a few others to make up a load, £150 gets free delivery.

There is a phone number at the top and if you give them a ring they are very happy to talk about all sorts of composts. They also sell loads of other things. One of the best home and garden sites there is.

I have had the same response from most of the multi purpose compost I have bought, including Levingtons, which I always thought was a tried and trusted name.
The best one that I've used is Westland with added John Innes.
It is a bit more expensive than most (usually about £5.99 a bag) but it is so much better.
