Hi folks, I have inherited 3 obilisks 2 of which I have found a use for. The third is only about 1metre high. Alas I am stumped as to how I utilise it. I would welcome any suggestions.

You could put it in a pot and train ivy up it, round and round. You can keep it clipped it once its grown and it looks like a columnar bush. I did this once and looked OK.
I put a few annuals round the bottom to cheer it up in summer.

In a pot of clematis or tom thumbs .
Just put in garden and prop up anything that is flopping.

Thanks guys, some good ideas there. Steragram like the idea of an ivy columnar.

Be careful with your ivy variety though - you don't want one that plans to be 12 feet high! There are so many varieties of varying vigour and leaf size.
