Is there a good cabbage variety I can plant in
August that will produce well evenif snowed on

Yes they is quite a few I will be planting some January king in the next week and some Savoy’s in the next few weeks have a look at the seed catalogs and you will find they is loads that can be planted now for winter also don’t forget they is also broccoli, cauliflowers and sprouts that can be planted.
