Man many many factors affect flowering of Wisteria, Need more info, age, how and if you prune and lots more etc! No one can give anything on this question and possible a 'Please help?' would be good!

These need a good pruning regime. You will have to complete this over a few years to get the plant back under control. search 'pruning Wisteria' on this site and read up on it!
