Looks almost fennel like. Rub the leaves between your fingers and see if it smells aromatic.

The tall one in pic one looks like corn cockle or Agrostemma. the second one with the feathery leaves looks like fennel

|ren't there two weeds growing between the two in the first pic? The corn cockle (thought to be extinct in the wild, annual, pretty pink flowers, self seeds but not a thug) won't hurt the other plants, but I can't think what the one nearest the camera is though it looks famiiar.
The fennel(?) and the foxglove won't be doing the rose any favours as they will be competing for food in a small trough.

Hi Andy thankyou so much for identifiying the corn cockle for us.Thankyou again:))))
Hi Steragram thankyou so much for your help. Will the corn cockle return each year or do i need to keep the seeds???.I am happy i do not need to move it.I have got rid of the foxgloves which was harming the rose.Would it be ok to move the fennel as i quite like it ???:))))

I don't see why you can't move it but wait until this heatwave is over.

Yes corncockle usually produces lots of seeds which you can save. Mine grown in the ground just self seed every year.
