Hi, this plant with small pink flowers has intertwined itself within my Clematis bush. Does anyone have any idea what the plant is called? I hope the picture is clear enough. Many thanks.

Have you also got an actinidia growing with the clematis. Actinidia pilosula has fragrant dark pink flowers although it's not prolific.

Could it be one of the jasmines, I think they have a pink form?

Hi, I have nothing purposely growing along with the Clematis. It just appeared this year, not last year. The pink flowers are very tiny. So the mystery continues...Thanks for all the contributions.

The tiny flowered pink jasmine id J. beesianum. It has twining stems, green until their second year, the flower petals coming to a point. Untidy scrambler unless governed. The actinidia has thicker stems which are quickly more robust and woody, and the flowers are about 1-2cm across, fuller and more rounded. It would be odd to find either occurring by chance, but you never know. Find the leaf of the visitor and post a picture if you've not decided by then. Actinidia leaf is much bigger than the jasmine, and quite distinctive.
