Plant id please ? I have some of these cropping up round the garden. Any ideas what they might be ? The leaves seem to be quite hairy.

top one looks like a mullein. Verbascum, bright yellow flower spike about 4-6ft tall. both have very small seeds and they are british natives.

With the foxglove, yeah love those. When is the best time to move it to somewhere more suitable ?

if you can wait its best at the back end of the year. if you can't wait then take as much soil around it as you can and give it loads of water for several weeks.
same with the verbascum
