Are they causing problems? If not why kill them? I never kill ants in my garden, they are there for a reason like them or not.

A chemical called boric acid will kill ants.
It's harmless to human and animals.
A mix with sugar is great to kill em all.
They will pick and take to the queen.
Then they are all gone...

There are various ant destroying treatments available in the shops. The best kinds are the ones where the ants take the chemical into the nest and feed it to the Queen. Once she is dead then the whole nest dies.
