Anyone know what this is ? It looks a bit like bindweed, has covered neighbours hedge, stems are woody. found a flower, which isn't bindweed. Any ideas ?

I suggested Russian Vine to your previous question, Peanuts.

I agree, russian vine.
If it not in your garden, all you can do is hack it back to the boundary.
If it is in your garden, hack it back to the ground and dig it out. Assuming that it is not wanted.
It is indeed a thug, and needs to know its boundaries.
