I have the Blue Diamon - colorfuze orchids and I have had it since mid April and it is now losing its flowers it has bloomed beautifully til now. I just noticed today it looks like a new leaf is starting to grow at the base of the flower stem at the top of the leaves. I am wondering if you could tell me what I should do when all the flowers have fallen off, I still have 3 flowers on the stem. I hope someone can help me I just loved having my orchid and would love for it to bloom again.

Also it was blue when I got it and I am wondering if it was watered with blue colouring water and if I watered it with blue food colouring in the water would it also flower blue again.

I don't have the blue diamond orchid, but it sounds. like its throwing a new stem, they sometimes do this, so cut it back after flowering to just above this stem and see what happens, sometimes they will flower again from this. As for watering it with colourant I have never heard of an orchid changing colour. Feed it with orchid fertilizer every other watering, then less in winter. Orchids don't like being overwatered as this will rot the roots, only water when it looks dry, better on the dry side than always wet.

there are some bright blue phals that have been artificially coloured. When they re-flower they will be white
