Are they newly planted or have they flowered well before?

They are both in large troughs the clematis is on a south west wall and gets lots of sun the honeysuckle is on a wdst facing wall so is in semi shade they both get watered well and are both fed well I have had a problem with the leaves on the honeysuckle but this is now being treated I have lots of foliage on both plants ( both about three years old) but no flowers

I've a similar problem, both plants of the same age too. I'm not overly concerned as they both flowered last year.
If they have never flowered before, might you have been pruning at the wrong time?

Thanks for your help I might just bear with them this year. Feed them up and give them a good pruning in February.

It's difficult to say without knowing a lot more about them. How long have you been growing them, I assume they're in the ground rather than in pots. What kind of soil/compost have you used? How much sun do they get each day? Have you fed them and watered them in the hot weather? Do they look generally healthy apart from not having flowered?
