Does anyone recommend any wildlife friendly products(ie wont kill benefical insects) for invasion of aphids and small caterpillars on the sweet peas,never had the problem this bad before

If used properly beneficial insects like bees are not killed by insecticides.

I agree with Bulba, I use a soap spray and hand squish, works for me.

Just ensure that any insecticide spray you use does not contain neonicotinoids (imidproclid is one, which is in Provado), and spray when the air is still, at the end of the day when the bees have stopped working, and avoid spraying open flowers.

I think I will use the soap method you describe,I did try try water spray on its own but obviously the aphids in particular are too well established,I will have to be more observant next year this took me by surprise. Thank you everyone

There is a problem, Chega, in that you are wanting to kill wildlife with a wildlife friendly product! Don't worry, we all face the same dilema.
The best I can suggest is spraying with a solution of washing up liquid or removing them all by hand.
