Oh - well mine has produced a 'baby' about 3 feet away from the main plant, so I thought it must have been from seed!

sorry sheilabub for taking so long to reply, but I've been up in my fav place, for a week, (Scotland). you may have been lucky with your plant ,but it is supposed to be sterile. my plant looks like its going to seed but then the seeds do not develop,
