My son collected some seeds from an unidentified plant which he particularly liked. I sowed half which have germinated well. He recently discovered the plant is some type of delphinium. My question is: how should I grow them on? Should I pot on? Bring indoors to overwinter? Leave outside? If they survive, will they flower next year or the following? Any further info would be gratefully received. Thanks everyone.

And protest from slugs and snails in early spring. They love the new shoots

Delphiniums are fully hardy herbaceous perennials. Unless they are very small I'd plant out where you want them to grow in about a months time.
