my leaves dont look healthy and the stems look a bit droopy do i need to feed em? if so wat with?thanks

i thought this was treated as an annual as it is a tender perenial in this country.so it could just be coming to the end of its naturl life. may be wrong though. Do you have it as a house plant I wonder? if yes then a feed such as baby bio would be the best option.
