A Euphorbia, can never remember the proper name, seeds all over the place if you let it flower. Careful removing, the sap is nasty.

These were growing in my front garden when I moved into my bungalow nearly 20yrs ago and didn't realise until the next year when I got them out what a pain they are. Even now there are still the odd one or two that pop up - even in the neighbours gardens...
