Hello Guest, it all depends what type of seeds you mean? In general there isn't enough light yet to start most plants or veg off, they would become "leggy"! I would wait a while yet and certainly not start any veg seeds until March time!

look carefully at the instructions. if they require 16+ degrees it is too soon as you will waste a lot of energy to heat the greenhouse that warm. use a heated propagator instead.
