Stachys byzantina... Is this powdery mildew? If not, what? And what can I do about it?

Certainly looks fungal, and probably due to the warm air and damp morning conditions. Pick off the affected leaves. No spray we can get will 'cure' powdery mildew, if that's what it is, so it has to be good ventilation and good hygiene. The rest of the plant looks healthy
