What is growing on my apple tree?
Below is a picture of a leaf on a patio apple tree. A few of the other leaves are similarly affected. What is it, please, should I do anything about it and if so, what?

It looks like Apple scab leaf lesions. What is the fruit like?

I'd like to know what the underside of the leaves looks like - is there anything beneath which is in the same position as the bumps on the top?
