Apricots are very hardy irrespective of variety, it's their early flowers that can be damaged by cold/frost that causes problems for fruiting.
Any variety with "Cot" in the name such as Tomcot, Flavourcot or Goldcot. Moorpark is still reliable too. Tomcot is reckoned to be about the earliest to fruit.
