Are they in a pot , if so you can leave them in but turn the pot on its side and leave to dry out in a FROST FREE shed or garage over winter , if in the soil dig up and lay out to dry THEN pop in a paper bag and the same, frost free and dry over winter.

They do not like to get too dry over winter or they will struggle to regrow. You are also best to start them off in early March to get them to flower. A lot of people struggle to get them to flower again, me included.
