2 weeks ago I potted on from a 9cm pot to a 2 litre pot a Loropetalum firedance and is at the moment on my kitchen window sill. When can I put it outside considering it is late October and what position? Help please

I don't know where you are in the UK, but unless its somewhere very mild like Devon, putting outside at all at this time of year is a big risk. This plant is barely frost hardy, so you're likely to lose it over winter. It needs protection, so a greenhouse until Spring.
