I moved a David Austin rose about 6-9 months ago it has made a lot of fresh greenery but no sign of any roses,(it had bloomed lovely before) will it bloom again.

I bet it will. Probably moved it a bit late. Preferred time would be November to December.

Anyway, you need it to concentrate it's efforts on re-growing a good root system. It will probably flower next year, don't be greedy!!

Some of the David Austin roses bloom best on year-old wood, too, so it is probably just waiting to mature some canes.
