cant find a houe lime tree related to ecaliptus with pale lilac flowers on stalks can be callled zimmmerlinde

"House lime" ('zimmerlinde') is sparmannia africana, Tiliaceae family. It has white flowers, though, not lilac, and is not related to eucalyptus (which is Myrtaceae). So, where do we go from here?!
