Hi there, tried Rudbeckia goldsturm for the first time this year. Plenty of leaves, no flowers, but expect this for first year. I have read somewhere, that the leaves should be greyish & hairy. Could someone confirm the photo attached is Rudbeckia? Regards, grandadpic.

Double check that it is getting some direct sun, too. It looks a bit "stretched".
