Can I move a Hebe to a larger space in November

I have just moved a lot of evergreen plants, plus 2 hebes...I usually move most of my plants around this time of year as well as early spring...they seem to like it best..

yes you can , nice big root ball it wont even notice.
Just make sure over the winter it doesn't become loose with all the winds etc
