Yet again I have a Sparmannia Africana to give away - it might even be the one on offer last year , but it has not been pruned well.It is about 1.6m tall in the pot, weighs about 20kg. Sparmannia usually flowers in Jan/Feb. It must be kept in a conservatory or other frost-free place - else it will die. It flowers every winter, and is easy to propagate from cuttings - which is what I have done; I am keeping smaller plants this year!
Please contact me if you want this lovely plant- you will have to collect it from just south of Leicester,UK

Would love to give this a home but fear it might be a bit too big but let me know if no other offers.
Looking it up on the web I came across the digital botanic garden - http://digitalbotanicgarden.blogspot.co.uk - one of those sites for losing yourself in for a while.

If you get no takers, I came across a website recently called Green Plant Swap - might be worth having a wee look.
