I have a number of penstemon plants - do I cut them back in the Spring - they have got quite leggy.

When the weather warms up a bit - soon I hope!!! - then you can cut them back to the new growth at the base of each plant.

Sadly, I had some new plants last year which haven't produced any new growth - so I shall have to replace them. :-(( I did take cuttings....luckily!
