is it to early to start sowing seeds in a heated propagater only have windowsill when they come out of the propagater thanx

Personally I'd wait a week or so yet. If you are going to have to put the plants on a windowsill they may not get all the light they need and becoem drawn.

We all are but starting the seedlings off can result in poor drawn plants and then you have to sow again. That extra two weeks wont make a difference when it comes to flowering or fruiting and you are likely to have sturdier plants.

I am strating some of mine off but I tend to sow only slightly more seed than the number of plants wanted. I hate throwing out plants.
