I have a "golden girl" which is suppose to be a Kalanchoe but when I looked it up I couldn't find one like it just the "chocolate soldier" which has black/brown tips;mine has reddish orange...weird..so my question is;my kalanchoe grows what looks like a root out of the sides of the stems,it's part red and part white and so far I have one that is about an inch long...what is this and does it have a purpose?
