I am trying to get a mimosa acacia tree to flourish in a conservatory environment without much success. It seems all but dead except for a very few new leaves? Any suggestions out there?

Wait and see if it sprouts new leaves in Spring. Keep the compost/soil moist but not wet. Once it's growing give it some food.
