It is a sempervivum, maybe S. montana but I am not certain about that.

Thank You Bulbaholic It looked like a Triffid LOL it was on a long stork and just kept growing lol.

The rosette that is flowering now will die; this is the nature of the plant. It will be replaced by fresh rosettes and these will flower in due course.

Oh! It's not flowering now it flowered last year in the summer and looking forwared to it flowering this year

Actually, my next question would have been "how did you manage to flower it in March"?????? :-)
