Is there a height restriction on a leyland hedge around our park park - i used to see outside my kitchen window the sky now all i see is high trees

Contact your local council and let them know that the hedge is adversely affecting your property. Assumming the hedge is owned by the council ask them to cut it back to an acceptable height. Good luck

I agree with Andrew, in most areas 6 foot is considered the acceptable height for a hedge
