Answers
It was in egypt. All the other end of the stems were like fingers this one was the only stem in foliage. I will try and see if i have a image of what i mean.

It probably is then Will I was a bit doubtful because I was wondering if it was yours and how you got it to that size, and I was hoping you was going to give me some advice as I'm trying to grow some.

Could be an Eriobotrya japonica or Loquat......grown in the mediterranean......White highly scented blossoms in winter, then the small orange coloured fruits early spring.

Nope, that's a Plumeria with young flower buds.
