I understand they have prolific but quite shallow roots. I'm no expert but I think you'd have to dig very carefully around it to get a good root ball with as much soil as possible and replant it immediately in a hole you have already prepared. It needs to go at the same depth as before.The tree experts will tell you anything special you might need to put in the hole but otherwise I would just put in some good compost and a little bonemeal. Firm it, stake it and water very well at regular intervals until you are sure it is going to survive. Good luck!
