County Tyrone, United Kingdom

I have various varieties of young trees, cherry blossom, mock orange,
varigated poplars and although they grow and bloom each year so far
the trunks and branches are covered in a green coloured moss substance.
Will this harm them?

No - its an indicator of clean air and damp conditions.
