Yes, I think it's S. pratensis 'Madeline'.

The leaves do differ on Salvia, but their stems are always "square" - so I was told my plantsman John Hoyland when I went to his lecture on Salvias!

madeline is 15 inch high but yes had me fooled for a while as flowers looked the same.....this pic that was took in the philippines looks to be 3-4 ft plant . was trying to figure out if we had given them this seed as i didnt recognise it....anyway thanks and wont have sleepless nights over it....maybe its a seed we scored at wisley and got put in a mixture for the philippines....you can see also to the right a titonia from sarah raven seed they like it there as do cosmos they have the wild one there they also have wild marigold well i say wild it grows on the side of the road and looks like marigold
