My 4-year old olive tree has been unhappy since the snow and is rapidly losing all its leaves. Help! Pruning? Feeding?

Possibly best to leave it alone for now. Good soak now and then and allow to dry off a little between until you see any signs of new shoots. They may appear lower down the stems where you can prune back to these. Feeding; I would leave until positive signs of new growth.
