Definitely a Hellebore - if its fragrant and the stamens (which I can't see clearly) are prominent, might be H. cyclophyllus, or a hybrid of.

If it is H foetidus, it will have an unpleasant smell and may cause skin irritation, Burnsie - the flowers are usually tinged with purple, but I can't see that on the photo.

I would say foetidus, it only smells if you actually push past it or are cutting dead leaves back.
