Euphorbia lathyris (caper spurge). Attractive, but grows large and seeds itself everywhere. Mind the sap - mildly poisonous, and a skin irritant.

Hi, I would agree with Euphorbia lathyrus, common name caper spurge, or mole plant, be careful when you handle this, as the sap is a skin irritant, as in all Euphorbia's, Derek
