If this is an established plant (30ft or more up a support such as a tree), it will be very difficult!
Like all ramblers, old flowering stems can be pruned back now to a strong young wand/shoot that will branch and flower either this year or next.
Don't prune too hard back or you will just encourage vigorous re-growth and no flowers.
