My laurel bush leaves are being eaten by something and the leaves are turning from green to yellow. It's planted in open ground, pictuure attached. Can anybody help?

This looks like moth larvae damage - check the plant for signs of caterpillars. The brown spots are bacterial leaf spot - cut out badly affected leaves. No treatment for the leaf spot, and it won't kill the plant, but the pest attack may have weakened areas of the plant enabling the leaf spot to thrive. Feed the plant with something like Growmore, or Miracle gro general purpose, and you can try spraying with something like Provado for the infestation.
