that would be laylandi but you need planning permission as they are so vigouras excuse my spelling.what about getting trellis and growing a climber like virginia creeper.you couls always plant some shrubs to take the place of the climber later on but there is know quick fix realy unless you want to pay loads for more adult shrubs.
