I dug a section over a week ago and I promised my self I would wait 14 days to give weeds/ seeds a chance to germinate etc. But I am tempted to plant up and mulch around the plants tomorrow. Ideally I should wait but I am getting fed up of having to water all the pots [50+]

Im itching to plant it now. I know once I start, there will be weeds and goodness knows what growing ha ha. Might even have a few veggies growing up in it. Please no potatoes!!! As this bed has been made with all my garden compost!!!! This should be intersting. I cover it up at night as I dont want the cats weeing on it. The kids think its funny. They are asking "have you put the garden to bed" What can I say????????? ha ha nothing else.
