Previous question
You do not choose easly plants, Guest! P. edgeworthii is one of the petiolares group of primulas and like a shady situation in a humus rich, moist soil, eg your old fashioned peat bed. I have given up trying to grow plants from this group because I just killed them off. If I had the plant it would try it in a pot with plenty of leaf mould in the compost and placed in a cold frame located in a shady situation. Frost hardieness is not a problem. Good luck with it.
