Copper Beech trees

some of my new copper beech trees are green, can someone tell me why this is ?

Did you buy them or were they your own seeds? If you bought them take them back and insist you asked for COPPER beech.

The majority of seedlings grown from a Copper Beech will varey between all shades of copper to dark green, so it's probably safe to say that your trees have also been grown from seedlings and not selected out.
