is there anything i can feed my laurel edge with to stunt its growth i once read a advertisment that read no need to cut your edge again but to water it with this ??? anyone any ideas has to what it might have been ?

Hmmm...sounds like a herbicide....I'd be very suspicous of this.

it was a hormone that regulated plant growth. Dont know if it is legal anymore.

the only way to stunt plants is to put them in to small a growing area which is basicly what a bonzi tree is.

it was a product called 'Cutlass' It reduced hedge trimming to twice a year. I havent seen it for ages though.
