The name London Pride (if this plant in the pic has bright pink flowers) is often used for this plant, but also for a Saxifraga with similar flowers. This one is Heuchera, as Cinderella says. Unless its Heucherella, can't tell till the flowers open.

I know London Pride as a saxifrage which has smooth, slightly fleshy leaves. This looks like a Heuchera to me in which case it will have stiff, slightly hairy leaves.
